Eugenia's sits at the west end of Market Street, and its relationship with the Honeywell Center is not incidental — it opens for a dinner buffet before performances, and a meaningful share of its business arrives holding tickets. One regular in the reviews drives seventy miles and does this six times a year.
Why a buffet is the right answer
Every other pre-show decision in town involves guessing how long a kitchen will take. A buffet removes the variable entirely. You sit down, you eat, you leave when you decide to leave, and you are never the table watching the door at 7:10. For a 7:30 curtain this is worth more than any individual dish.
If your evening has a hard deadline in it, this is the safest table in Wabash.
What to expect
The draw is a chef-made pasta bar — built to order rather than sitting in a tray — alongside a full salad bar. Off the menu, the burger and the breaded tenderloin are both worth ordering, and the Caesar gets mentioned often. Holiday brunches, particularly Mother's Day and Father's Day, are a local institution and book out.
The Cuban sandwich is the one dish reviewers have pushed back on. Stay on the pasta bar and you'll be glad you came.
